Returns & Exchanges

Jewelry is an investment and your happiness with your purchase is my top priority. If you have any concerns about your item, I’m happy to work with you to make it right. Please contact info@kfinndesigns.com to initiate a return or exchange.

I find that 30 days is typically enough time to know if a piece is right for you. That said, if you are unhappy with your piece at any point, I’m happy to make it right, whether that means a refund or exchange. Excellent customer service is my top priority.

2024 Holiday Return Policy

Starting November 1st 2024, all items purchased will have an extended return policy until January 31st 2025.

For returns, a full refund will be credited to the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned item.

For exchanges, the new item will be shipped to you, free of charge, upon receipt of the returned item.

It is recommended that returned/exchanged items be shipped with insurance and a tracking number.
